Hey there and welcome! The funny thing about my work is that my most valuable projects have all started with someone saying, “hey Syd—” Not a pitch or a concrete plan—just a conversation. The intentional act of listening closely and asking big questions has allowed me to help multiple organizations develop ideas into something real and rooted. Hey, Syd! is a collection of these moments—projects rooted in connection, curiosity, and the belief that good things start when we take the time to really talk to each other.
