IN EVERY STAGE.
AT EVERY STAGE.
Lunawell is an evolving women’s health initiative focused on education, access, and community. I founded Lunawell in response to an increasingly expensive and antagonistic climate for women’s health education and support. Our present landscape often stigmatizes an aging body, Lunawell centers evidence-based information and affirming care to help women navigate their health with clarity and confidence in safe spaces.
By bringing together educational community groups, a registry of affirming care providers, and thoughtfully selected products, Lunawell replaces isolation and shame with trust and informed choice—supporting women at every stage and every age.

Founder Message
Throughout my life, my most impactful personal health changes have started with an oftentimes informal conversation with friends in a non-clinical setting. Speaking candidly with my peers compelled me to feel comfortable choosing birth control and getting diagnosed with Pre-menstrual Dysphoric Disorder (PMDD).
These choices gave me greater control, dramatically improved my wellbeing, and allowed me to feel more empowered in responding to my body’s needs intentionally and with care.
I have spent my life in community with other women who have suffered in silence or been taught to treat their health as an inconvenience rather than their power.
In recent years, I lost my mom, grandmother, and aunt to cancer and old age. Their pain was personal, but so common. I have no secret cures, but I hope to create spaces where we can all feel less alien in our own bodies and communities.
We spend much of our lives in community—exercise, worship, dining. With Lunawell, I’d like to bring that same community support and education to personal health.

Projected Timeline
-

Inception and Refinement (2025)
I had the privilege of developing Lunawell as a start-up endeavor with the support of the Fordham Foundry. Here I got clear on goals and how to further this brand.
-

Becoming the founder (2025)
With the desire to create a strong, lasting product, I’ve joined the Y Combinator community to further develop my entrepreneurial skills and align myself with the needed community.
-

Diving in (2026)
The first half of 2026 will be spent developing a small team, identifying key stakeholders, collecting resources, and rolling out the earliest stages of Lunawell’s vision. Stay tuned for more!
-

And beyond!
It’s important for this project to create responsive resources that meet the needs of actual women. Once tested within a few vital demographics, Lunawell will be ready to seek investor funding!
