As a Public Health Associate with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), I worked with the Tennessee Department of Health to support statewide HIV/AIDS prevention and surveillance efforts. My role focused on strengthening data systems and reporting by cleaning datasets, revising HIV medical records, and improving REDCap workflows to ensure accurate, reliable information for both state and federal partners.

Alongside this work, I supported HIV prevention through PrEP navigation and training initiatives and led the design and management of GetPrEPTN’s website and social media presence. By creating client-centered, accessible outreach campaigns, I helped grow engagement and expand access to HIV prevention resources, increasing Instagram followers and user interaction by 400% in just two months.
