I worked intimately with public health policy and advocacy regarding Black perinatal health in Washington, D.C. I designed marketing strategies, original newsletter copy, event plans, and social media fundraising content. My writing and plans were informed by non-profit data and monitoring trends in national maternal health.

In my position, I established data-driven communications practices to improve social media and better serve clients and families in the greater D.C. area.
